This ancient Mayan city is of great historical importance and natural beauty. It is one of the main Mayan cities of the Yucatan Peninsula in the classic period, controlling the agriculture and the water and having relationship with Ek Balam and Muyil. You can also find one of the tallest pyramids in the area “Nohoch Mul”, which reaches more than 42 meters in height, being one of the very few ruins you can still climb.
This remarkable place has a lot to offer, starting with a very fun bike ride or tricycle taxi into the archaeological site to reach the main pyramid. Climb it, and admire the green and vast Mayan jungle.

- All of our tours are all-inclusive, which means your tour fee covers round trip transportation, group guide, equipment rental, lunch and beverages.
- Pickups in Playa del Carmen and Tulum carry no additional charge.
- There are additional transportation fees for pick ups in Puerto Morelos ($40), Cancun ($60), and North Cancun ($80), Playa Mujeres ($100). This is one fee per group, not per person.
- We are available for tours Monday-Saturday only. We are closed Sundays.
- Private tours are available. The price depends on how many people are in your group. Please let us know for a Private Tour quote.
